Using the Tiny Palms website couldn't be easier. Select items by adding to your Shopping Cart. Once you have completed your order, go to view your Shopping Cart where you can either remove items you don't want and/or continue on to process the order. Once you have placed your order by entering your information into the selected fields, you will then be directed to our secure server to enter your credit card details. As soon as this is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us and your order will be dispatched immediately.
Please make sure to have added our email addresses to your email safe list. Check your junk mail folder if you still haven't received any email confirmation from us as there is a high chance for all system-generated emails to be wrongly directed there.

Tiny Palms stock all our items in great depth, monitoring and updating our web site constantly, so it is very unlikely. If a problem does occur you will be contacted immediately and informed of the potential delay. At this stage we would always offer you the option to cancel if you so wished.
We accept payment via Credit Cards with Visa and MasterCard logos. We also accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logos. We don't take personal checks, money orders, and purchase orders, CODs, PayPal or CyberCash.
For local Singapore customers, we accept payment through Internet Banking and Virtual Account. It will be charged in Singapore dollars during your checkout. Our system converts your total payment automatically from USD to SGD when you choose to pay by internet banking or virtual account.
Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, making the information unreadable as it travels over the Internet. We use the latest security technology available to keep your credit card information safe and private. Please see our Privacy Policy page for more information.
Tiny Palms offers delivery to more than 50 countries around the world. Please check with us at customerservice@tinypalms.com, if you are not able to select your desired countries to send the items to.
Due to shipping restrictions, shipping is not available for P.O. Box and AFPN addresses.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped, along with a package tracking number, with which you will be able to track your order.
A single combined payment will ensure a single package. A new order will mean a new package so make sure you combine your orders in a single payment so as to save you on shipping cost!
Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the item and some of the items are heavy especially the home decor items. We are in Singapore and are happy to ship to anywhere in the world. What goes into shipping cost: postage cost, handling cost as well as currency fluctuation.
The recipient may be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information.
We aim to dispatch your order within two working days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Depending on where the order is to be sent to, the estimated delivery time for the various regions are as indicated in the following table. This can be subject to availability, but you will be informed within this period if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason.
We offer beautifully wrapped presents for you at an additional cost of US$5. The wrapping might change from time to time as the season changes. If you would like to put any special messages please let us know too.
For some oversized or heavy items, we charge a Fixed Shipping Rate. You'll find the total shipping cost for these items listed as part of the product description.
If you qualify for a free gift with your purchase, we ship the gift free of charge.
Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. Your order will be shipped as scheduled. A 20% processing fee will be charged if for some reason, we allow an order to be cancelled. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
Currently, Tiny Palms does not do any refunds, but will gladly replace any item that is faulty* or is not what you originally ordered. If something is not right, let us know immediately. Email us at customerservice@tinypalms.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return and item replacement. Do not return goods without authorization, since sometimes it may be that only technical advice is needed.
Should the product need to be returned, the customer will bear the return delivery charge to Tiny Palms and Tiny Palms will pay the delivery charge to send the item back to you. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Goods returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return.
For orders within Singapore, items and unworn merchandise in its original condition* with its attached tags and original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, returned within 7 days of the shipping date will be promptly processed. For international orders, items and unworn merchandise in its original condition* with its attached tags and original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, returned within 21 days of the shipping date will be promptly processed. We cannot refund postage costs on these occasions.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup / perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave marks or a scent on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
